All our items are vintage, preloved, unique designer's piece or handmade so please bear in mind that they may not be 'perfect'. We do our best to make imperfections detailed but some small flaws may go unnoticed.
We are sorry that WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS THAT DO NOT FIT OR FOR MINOR IMPERFECTIONS. Please check the measurements and photos carefully and feel free to ask us any questions. We are always happy to help. We clean and repair our vintage responsibly.Our items are all hygienically packed in clean food grade UV-resistant containers.We never use harsh chemicals for our clothes but sometimes we have to use natural insect repellent for delicate materials such as silk, fine wool and gauze.Therefore some garments may have a light scent-this will disappear after washing. ANY SMELL RELATED RETURN REQUEST WILL BE REJECTED.Please also keep in mind that colours appear differently on different monitors/screens. We try to catch the most possible accurate colourway but different lights and environments can also affect colours in photos. NO RETURNS for colours that appear slightly different in person than on your screen. Thank you for your understanding.
Package Theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense. Please contact your local post office or courier if the tracking shows’’Delivered’’ but you did not receive it. In this case, further action may be required, ie: filing a police report.
Please make sure that you have entered the correct shipping address when placing an order. If you have not received your order due to the wrong address you provided, we cannot issue a refund. If the item has been returned to us due to the wrong address provided, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when your order will be delivered.

Personal information we collect
