Super Excellent vintage condition considering its age. No major issue but please bear in mind such old garments cannot be like brand-new. Light signs of age and use should be expected.The thin elastics around the waist are gone. Please study all the pictures carefully and zoom them to see clearer details as they are part of the description.
One size fits many depends on your body frame and desired look.
Label says 10 but please check the lay-flat measurements in the last two images (tape measure is in CM) and below:
